A mapper, who also happens to be a Reddit user, recently went on a trip to visit Valve. During his time there, many photos were taken and much information was gathered. Well, I say "much" but in reality not very much at all was revealed.
What he has shared via a brief "AMA" on the site hints that the team at Valve may be working with an updated version of the Oculus Rift.
One of the photos was self-censored by the user, Motanum, and while your hopes may be high for it being Half-Life 3, that is not the case. He said it was a work in progress map for Team Fortress 2's Mann vs. Machine mode.
Feel free to browse through the brief AMA and check out the pictures from his visit over at Reddit.

It was actually an upgraded version. So it not only had Gyration, but it had translation within a small room. So if I moved around, like peaking a corner, it would actually work like that! Supper immersive!
