Report: Xbox One to be Region Locked

As per usual, it looks as though the Xbox One will be region locked. In speaking with Digital Trends, a Microsoft representative gave the lowdown on this bit of information.

"Similar to the movie and music industry, games must meet country-specific regulatory guidelines before they are cleared for sale. We will continue to work with our partners to follow these guidelines with Xbox One."

Don't go freaking out about this. It's just a pseudo-confirmation of something that's already well practiced in the gaming and film industry already.
