A new DLC map pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 was revealed today by Treyarch and Activision. Sure, the pack will include some new multiplayer maps including Magma, Encore, Vertigo, and Studio, but it will also include a new Zombies mode: Mob of the Dead.
Magma introduces an environmental hazard into the multiplayer mix thanks to flowing lava and an active volcano. Studio is a re-imagining of the classic Firing Range map from the first Black Ops title.
This new Zombies mode takes you to Alcatraz and includes some actors known for playing badass characters on the big screen. Ray Liotta, Michael Madsen, Chazz Palminteri, and Joe Pantoliano are the four that will take on the Zombies in Mob of the Dead.
Xbox 360 gamers will get the DLC first on April 16. Other platforms will presumably get the pack about a month later.
