Valve Allegedly Showed Off Something Interesting at GDC

Naturally, nobody is saying what that interesting thing was that people supposedly saw from Valve at GDC 2013. Half-Life 3? Steam Box? A DirectX 11 version of Source that blows Frostbite 3 and Unreal Engine 4 out of the water and can run on an i486? Gabe Newell in a room full of puppies?

So what is it? Who knows for sure. All that's known is that a number of developers said they saw some things from Valve at GDC 2013. That's pretty much it.

Dave Oshry from Interceptor said that he "just got out of a meeting with Valve that was single-handedly worth the trip out here."

David Goldfarb, the Lead Designer on Battlefield 3 also noted that he saw some "nice things" from Valve at GDC 2013. He and Mojang's Notch exchanged some pleasantries about what Goldfarb saw.

Then again, maybe it's just a bunch of hats. Though it's probably something to do with virtual reality hardware that Valve was talking about during GDC and everyone is just being stupid about this. Or maybe everyone is just full of crap. At this point, I don't even care any more. The teasing by not only Valve but from other developers is just beyond the point of absurdity. I'm lying, I really do care, but it's still really damn absurd.
