Plants vs. Zombies 2 Due This Summer

Early this Summer, Plants vs. Zombies 2 will shuffle its way to your favorite devices. There is also closed beta launch for the Facebook version, though details remain sparse.

If you still need a little PvZ fix before the sequel launches, you can always try out Plants vs. Zombies Adventures. Yes, it's a social game that is also in a closed beta with plans to add more users later this Spring. If you'd like to try your hand at getting into the beta, head on over to the PvZ Adventures Facebook page.

PvZ Adventures sounds like it will be a tower defense title. You have to protect a path that leads from the zombie spawn to your trailer. New plant types are included in Adventures.
