Battlefield 2143 Teased Once More in End Game Easter Egg

The End Game DLC has been out for PlayStation 3 Premium players for just a few hours now, and already someone has found a fantastic Battlefield 2142/2143Easter Egg.

Now the question is, does this hint at Battlefield 2143 coming in the near future? Or is this just another nod to Battlefield 2142 from the developers? Hmmm...

I'm not sure. Does it resemble a 2142 vehicle? (I didn't get it until last year and couldn't find servers) I don't seem to recognise it. Also, what was the logo on the side? Are we sure its not from a dead space or Mass effect game?

It is similar to the EU UD-12 air transport (though with some differences). However, the logo on the side is definitely the 2142 European Union one. It's either an homage to 2142 or a hint towards 2143 (like the 2143 crates on Wake Island).

Thanks. When I got it last year I did want to play it, but being in Australia at the time (and being in the wake of BF3) there were little to no servers on both 1.5 and 1.51 (though is it still in beta?) that would have been playable. So it just became part of the collection, much to my disappointment because I really would have wanted to try it properly.
