You can download the "Lite Version" from Amazon or pick up the Deluxe version for $4.99, also from Amazon. The Lite Version features 35 weapons and the classic game modes. The Deluxe version includes 65 weapons, with up to 130 weapons from free expansions and over 295 weapons with paid expansions.
