So, there's a rumor that there's a new Xbox event coming on April 26. You may have just read that news post where I type like an idiot? Yeah, that one.
Now, there is a new "report" that Microsoft and EA will enter into some sort of exclusive partnership and that this will be revealed at said rumored event. The problem is, nobody really knows what this exclusive partnership entails, how long it will be for, what games or content it may include, or anything really.
More than likely, this will probably be contained to downloadable content for games, at the very least being staggered releases. Hell, this is already the case with Activision's Call of Duty line and Skyrim's major DLC, just to name a couple. It simply means that if you want DLC first, you probably need a Microsoft console. If you don't mind waiting, a Sony console, and if you don't care about getting the shaft all the time, stick with a PC.
Here's the really worrying thought. Some are possibly suggesting that this deal is for exclusive rights to Battlefield 4. Oh, could you imagine? Just think about the positively evil sneer on the lips of everyone involved in this if this is the case!
PC gamers are obviously the Whos in this scenario.
