Double XP Weekend Begins for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2

This weekend, in addition to there being a free weekend for Black Ops 2 on Steam, there will also be double XP available across all platforms.

Get ready for the "Grind" this weekend, because we're turning on Double XP on all platforms! Beginning Friday, February 22 (10am/PST) and running through Monday, February 25 (10am/PST), you'll earn twice the XP on all of your Multiplayer play.

This weekend will be a particularly great time to experience Black Ops 2 on the PC, as Multiplayer is free-to-play from now until Sunday, February 24 (1pm/PST). Should you want to purchase the full version of the game, Steam is offering a special 33% discount on both the standard and Digital Deluxe edition!

I downloaded the free BO2 to try it out and played for 10 minutes and uninstalled it. It was rubbish. Same ole same ole. I really don't see how it sells so many copies for basically being the same game year after year with very little changes.

From what it seems the only major change was in the singleplayer portion.
