A demo for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance has been released on Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network. If it's not yet available on the PlayStation Network, it should be showing up shortly.

The game introduces Raiden as the central character; a child soldier transformed into a half-man, half-machine cyborg ninja, equipped with a high-frequency katana blade and a soul fueled by revenge.

I'm a huge MGS fan, and I can honestly say that I expected more from this demo. The dialogue was beyond cheesy, some scenes were ridiculous, had too many "WTF" moments, but the game play and visual effects were nice. It's something different. I just hope the final product doesn't bomb.

He's a god damn ninja cyborg and the police/army threw down their weapons and pulled out their stun guns to fight him... what... the... fuck... not only that, but he was driving a car..? The guy's a robot and is fast as lightening, and they have him driving a shit box of a mobile that's slower than him. Retarded.
