So, there's a video out on the web today that was taken of the tutorial for the upcoming SimCity reboot. The user is apparently breaking NDA's left and right by putting this footage up, yet here it is.
Surprisingly, this NDA breaking, leaked video has not yet been taken down by EA, leading most everyone to believe this is merely a bit of viral marketing. Let's also consider some of the following, shall we? It's beautifully shot in 1080p format. The video description is keen on telling viewers that this is only beta footage and that it's subject to change, not something normally done by people leaking footage. Finally, the video description also includes a link to pre-order the game. Again this isn't something normally done by those leaking footage.
