Battlefield 3: Aftermath is Rolling Out to PC and 360 Premium Players Today

Literally, it's a rolling release for those on the PC. Yes, Aftermath is here, sort of, for the PC and Xbox 360 Premium players of Battlefield 3.

The DLC is apparently being rolled out to players throughout the day, with everyone having access to it by the day's end on the 4th (that's today).

The download for Aftermath itself is 3.9GB. This is on TOP of the 3.8GB general update that was released yesterday for all Battlefield 3 PC players. I hope you don't have any bandwidth caps, because in two days Battlefield 3 probably just burned through it all.

So much gaming to do, so little time. I'm playing Dragonborn while this downloads.

Played it the past few nights. Scavenger mode kind of sucks. No spawn protection + no real sense of where enemies might come from + the fact they included snipers in the random drops = annoying after anything more than ten minutes.

The Conquest versions of those maps? Awesome. They open up a lot compared to the tiny Scavenger versions, and are a lot of fun to play.
