During Konami's 25th Anniversary for Metal Gear, the big news was dropped that a Metal Gear movie is in the works!
Avi Arad (X-Men, Iron Man, The Amazing Spider-Man) is slated to be the Producer of the film. He was even on stage for the reveal event.
2012 marks the 25th anniversary for the series, its roots dating back to 1987 when Metal Gear first appeared on the MSX. I don't know about you guys, but I am incredibly excited, hopeful, and apprehensive about this movie.
