156 Hours of Double XP for Battlefield 3 Begins this Saturday

Not content with just having a weekend for double XP, the team at Battlefield left the fate of the double XP event in the hands of the fans. Through a series of "Likes" on Facebook and re-tweets on Twitter, the fans managed to rack up 156 hours of total double XP time for Battlefield 3!

Yes, beginning tomorrow (August 25), Battlefield 3 Premium players will have 156 glorious hours to earn double the normal amount of experience. That is six and a half days of double XP time, a far cry from a mere two-day weekend event.

They have even provided a great time conversion link for you to show you when the event starts and when it is slated to end. Those of us on the East coast of the United States should expect the double XP event to begin tonight at 8PM.

sounds nice! been wanting to pop back into BF3 after playing old titles for my series on YouTube! think i might just play some light CQ DLC maps tomorrow before i head into BF style Conquest!
