Bohemia Interactive has released the 1.62 patch for Arma 2. This patch isn't a major one, but it does address a few issues to the game's multiplayer component.
July 24 update for Arma 2 (1.62)
The patch can be manually downloaded from the Arma 2 homepage. Steam users may have to wait a short bit for that version of the game to be updated. This is important for players of Day Z as most of those servers will not update until the Steam version has the officially updated files.

- Overall stability was improved with numerous tweaks and fixes
- Added new video options (Post-Process Anti-Aliasing, Alpha To Coverage)
- Additional AI improvements and numerous bug fixes
- Resolved issues with several training missions
- Added many new script commands for content makers
