Magrunner: Dark Pulse Seeks Crowdfunding for First-Person Puzzler in a Cyberpunk Future

3AM Games and Gamesplanet Lab wish to bring the world a puzzle adventure game inspired by Lovecraft and a cyberpunk setting. Behold Magrunner: Dark Pulse and see what this game can offer up to the puzzle fan in all of us.

In Magrunner – Dark Pulse, the hero Yoshi and his robotic dog Newton enter the Gruckezber Magtech Challenge, a technology competition drawing contestants from around the world with a 1 million credit grand prize. They soon discover that this friendly game has a much darker purpose behind it. Now only this intrepid duo and Yoshi's mutant mentor Gamaji stand between the earth's survival and eldritch annihilation.

Gamesplanet Lab is a new source for companies to get some sort of crowdfunding, much like with Kickstarter. Gamesplanet Lab differs a bit in that the funding is really only a pre-order. Magrunner has already been in development for a year but additional pre-release funding never hurt.

My explanations suck. Just go check out the Magrunner: Dark Pulse page on Gamesplanet Lab for a better understanding.
