Two others, Ryan Ackroyd and an unnamed 17-year old both pleaded not-guilty for their charges. Both Cleary and Davis are still facing counts of "encouraging or assisting others to commit computer offenses and fraud" and can still be tried on both of those charges if the prosecution pursues that course of action. The LulzSec group is also accused of trying to hack into the databases at Nintendo along with attacks against numerous other companies and websites.
