Mass Effect 3's Extended Ending DLC Arrives Early Tomorrow

Early tomorrow is when the update rolls out for Mass Effect 3 that hopefully makes the ending not suck copious amounts of ass. According to a few tweets by Mass Effect producer, Michael Gamble, the update should go out around 5AM (EST) for Xbox 360 gamers.

PlayStation 3 gamers? Look for the update to go live during the afternoon hours some time. PC gamers? EA plans to have the update out around 2PM (EST).

You do NOT need to play through the entire game again to see the revised endings. The game automatically creates a save point at the assault on the [spoileri]Cerberus base[/spoileri]. Simply load that save and play until the end to see what has been changed or added.

They also reduced the amount of galactic readiness required to see all of the available endings. The major choice options now only require 3,100 galactic readiness instead of the 4,000 that it was previously set at.

As for me, I'll probably just wait to see the new endings on Youtube rather than return to that game again.

Well I don't see anything about an achievement listed so yea I might just check em out on youtube. Although it could affect DLC that comes out, if they do release more SP stuff.

I watched them all on YouTube and I watched someone's full stream of it from the point of the save up until the every end after the credits. I am so glad I didn't replay through that ending myself.

It's better than what it was, sure, but holy crap it's still a lot of "out of left field" type crap there which was my biggest issue in the first place.

I liked the Control and Synthesis.

My biggest concern were the Mass Relays blowing up, good thing they expanded on that.

Yes, it still was not perfect, but it's definitely better than the first endings and I thank Bioware for doing something about it.
