A few years ago, Blizzard revealed StarCraft Ghost, a third-person stealth action title designed with consoles in mind. Nothing has really been said about the game for years now and it's been made official that Ghost is officially dead, at least for now.
The game was announced roughly a decade ago. Trailers were revealed at E3 2003 and again in 2005 but nothing has been seen recently. And yes, when we say that this game was in development for consoles, we mean the original Xbox and not the 360.

StarCraft 2's lead designer, Dustin Browder:
"There are no plans.
"I'm not saying we won't ever, but I'll tell you what I do know: There are no meetings going on. There is no team. No one talks about doing it...It doesn't mean that in two years from now, we won't have those meetings, the team won't be formed, but there is literally nothing happening around that game right now that would indicate that there's any likelihood that it will happen. It's just as likely we'll do that again as Lost Vikings 3 or whatever. There's just no guarantees one way or the other, but nothing is happening."
