    Developers Pulling Games from Google+

Most people probably aren't even aware that Google+ has games. Others probably know about the games but really don't give a crap about playing them (IE: people like me). And naturally, others still are busy making up lame jokes about how G+ is supposedly dead.

Well, as it stands, a number of developers are starting to pull some of their titles from Google+. Some of these games include PopCap's Bejeweled Blitz, Wooga's Bubble Island and Diamond Dash.

    Wooga's Reasoning:
"(Wooga) decided to remove certain games from Google+ because we have a much larger following on Facebook and they are active users."

    PopCap's Explanation:
"Google is a valuable gaming partner for PopCap and EA, and we'll continue to develop for Google platforms."

Essentially, this simply translates to, "Google+ doesn't make it easy for people to auto-spam our useless updates via users' status updates, which is essentially our easy and horrible way of advertising." I, for one, will not miss these titles. I got fed up with seeing a constant barrage of spam on Facebook from everyone's stupid games and game requests that not seeing it on Google+ by default has been absolutely wonderful.
