Too bad it will be outdated by the time Sony and MS come up with their consoles. E3 2013 will be new console announcement time for sure, since most of the games they announced are for Spring 2013 and nothing for Fall.

People are far too obsessive with this out of date graphics thing. Everyone slated the Wii and look at how well that did. PS3 and 360 stole ideas from the Wii not the other way around. Nintendo do their own thing, they design next gen technology. So what If it’s not hyped on graphics. I still would rather play on the Sega Mega drive and the SNES than play most of the games on 360 and PS3 because they suck. People need to stop judging games and consoles on their graphical appearance it’s just stupid. The Wii U looks good and I haven’t seen anything to warrant a witch hunt over it.

Re: Leaked Wii U System Specs

The difference is that the Wii was an innovative design up against more powerful but very conventional competitors.
So it created its own niche.

The Wii U on the other hand seems to have troubles defining what it really is about "It has a screen so you don't have to look at the screen!11!!"
Its competitors, on the other hand, has motion capture and 3D support.

basically what Vreki said, the team promoting the WiiU dont really understand themselves what the benefits of the WiiU really are.

Re: Leaked Wii U System Specs

Both MS and Sony have their own services coming out that essentially mimic what the Wii U gamepad does anyway. Making the big "appeal" of the Wii U even more diminished.

MS has SmartGlass and Sony has... I dunno, something. I remember seeing it during their conference, beyond that I can't remember what it's called.
