A thread started earlier today has already grown to over 13 pages on the official Diablo III forums.
In fact, the thread seems to indicate at least one new person hacked every few minutes! Something is rotten in the back end of Diablo III's servers. Let's hope Blizzard straightens this out fast.
A few on Facepunch have also reported that their accounts were hacked into. Another player I play with says that he knows of a few people personally who have had their accounts hacked into. While it isn't a foolproof method, be sure to attach an authenticator to your account (free for iPod and Android devices).
