Those who wish to test drive a dedicated server beta for the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive beta are free to do so. Valve has released a beta for the beta so you can get your beta on while playing the beta.
As these dedicated server files are still in their own beta, some features are missing. Features such as the MOTD will come in future updates but they are more interested to see feedback on setup, stability, and server management.
The dedicated server for CS:GO also feature a new method for delivery the server files to hosts, and for keeping them up to date. Interested parties must already be in the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive beta in order to try the dedicated servers.
If you are a server admin, be sure to sign up for the CS:GO server mailing list. You can read the latest on updates, news, and find peer support from other admins. It is NOT a place to go begging for a key. That would be quite stupid.
