Capcom Wants to Sell You 7 Million Copies of Resident Evil 6

Capcom is going to put a lot of hope into high sales for Resident Evil 6. How high is high? How does 7 million units strike you? This figure, of course, spans across all three platforms for the game (Xbox 360, PS3, and PC).

To put this into perspective, Resident Evil 5 only sold 5.8 million units worldwide. 7 million units is also 700,000 more than Capcom's best-selling title, Street Fighter II. That is quite the tall order for Resident Evil 6 no matter how you slice it.

Other projected sales include Lost Planet 3 (1.4 million units), Devil May Cry (2 million), and Dragon's Dogma (1.5 million).

I dont see myself bying 7 million copies of RE, I never got into that series anyway.
Maybe 2 or 3 million copies, just to try it out
