While it technically doesn't yet have a name, we're just going to go ahead and call the next Call of Duty title, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. With that out of the way, let's take a look at what are supposedly some leaked screenshots from Black Ops 2.
First up, there was a video made by FPS Russia that showed off a "prototype Quadrotor" with a machine gun attached to the underside. While this is fairly typical fare for FPS Russia, it does have some interesting bits. At the end he mentions Call of Duty and this video was also embedded on the official Call of Duty website for quite some time.
Well a few days after this was discovered a few more pieces of information have been un-earthed. The Call of Duty website has a clearer image of "TACITUS", which you may have noticed was also on FPS Russia's shirt in the above video. Some alphanumeric codes were also discovered that may or may not be latitude and longitude coordinates. And finally, a series of images were shown that look to be the Quadrotor in action in-game.
The images supposedly came from a now removed page of a special effects team that simply identified their project as "Call of Duty".
So there you have it. The apparent on-going mystery that is the next Call of Duty title and it includes prototype Quadrotors. I suppose after the RC car from Black Ops, anything is possible at this point.
