    Modern Warfare 3 Free Weekend Begins on the 26th

    A free weekend for the multiplayer component of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 begins this Thursday, April 26 at 10AM PST.

    Interested gamers can pre-load the content now in anticipation of this Thursday's event. The free weekend will run through the weekend and end probably either Sunday night or early on Monday.

    Keep in mind that none of the DLC for the game has been released for the PC. So, if you played in the last free weekend event, chances are you still won't see anything new this time around.

      At first I thought "Great, a chance to try it out for free!"

              Im not convinced to purchase this game. Perhaps if they released the entire single player for the weekend I would then consider to buy it.

                  You would have even less incentive to buy it then. You could finish the SP in one, maybe two sittings. You'd get done with the SP during the free weekend and you would have ZERO reasons to buy it then.

                      I played through the SP on my cousins 360. Then I knew that I never needed to pick the game up again.
