The legs or any non vital area. Even then it doesn't always work. I only had it happen a couple of times in the 5 or so times I've played the demo.

Never had an x-ray nut shot yet. Through the scope? Through the skull? Through like every other body part? Yes.

But no x-ray nut shot.

I got a double kill in the first section, I love how the bullet cam follows ... the bullet ... into the other guy's body.
