Bethesda teasing some big news, is this the first Skyrim expansion?

Just a couple of hours ago, the Bethesda Twitter Tweeted the following image with a simple statement of "Tomorrow" to go with it.

Now, they never said specifically just what this announcement is about. However, the hope is that it's for an upcoming expansion to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. If so, it sort of looks like they've improved on their character models in terms of facial hair, normal hair, and overall quality.

That doesn't mean it's not for anything... And if it is for TESV: Skyrim, they use in-game for their story, not CGI cutscenes.

I thought maybe it was at first. My OP even mentioned that before I removed that part after seeing some gameplay footage of Dishonored. Dishonored looks like the Fable art style, not really close to this more realistic style.

Don't think so. Too soon after skyrim. And the only people who would wear anything close to the silhouette in the foreground is a BoS scribe but even then its further from that.
