Apple CEO, Tim Cook, pays a visit to Valve

Remember those rumors about Valve working on some new piece of hardware and hiring for a few key hardware related positions? If not, that story only went up a few minutes ago and you should probably go check that out.

However, to expand upon this whole hardware rumor, it seems as though Apple's CEO, Tim Cook, paid Valve a little visit earlier today. Oh yes, things just got (even more) interesting.

While the purpose of Cook's visit is unknown, his presence at the company's headquarters in Bellevue, Washington suggests that it may have been of some importance potentially relating to collaboration between the two companies.

Two years ago, Valve began their support of the Mac OS with a release of 60 Mac supported games through a Mac Steam client. Early this year, Valve released an iOS version of their Steam app.

So, between today's visit from Cook and the possibility of some hardware related development from Valve, there just isn't any telling what might be going on!

All I can say is that I hope E3 provides the answers to all of these mysteries and more.
