  • Did EA Rip Off Warhammer 40K Tabletop Figures for Command and Conquer?

Some have begun to notice just how familiar some of the designs are in the free-to-play MMORTS, Command & Conquer: Tiberium Alliances. These two models in particular seem to have some rather uncanny resemblances to Warhammer 40K tabletop figurines from 1995.

Don't believe me? Check out the images for yourself.

Well that seems rather damning there. Many are already outright calling these model uses as outright theft on EA's part.

C&C: Tiberium Alliances has been in open beta for over a month now. So these models are most certainly in the game and playable by anybody right now.
