About a week or two ago, it was revealed that nearly all of the short term DLC releases for Street Fighter X Tekken were already on the game's disc for both platforms (Xbox 360, PS3).
Since then, a number of people have found ways to simply unlock the content they claim they have every right to use seeing as how they purchased the disc and the DLC is already on said disc. The content, mind you, that Capcom is slated to charge $20/1600 MS Points to unlock on top of the base price of the game.
A few of the more ballsy players have even taken to using these DLC characters in online matches against others. It is at this point that Capcom steps in and puts their foot down.
Capcom's senior VP, Christian Svensson mentioned on the site's official forums that they will be tracking down anyone using the unlocked fighters.
He later added in the same thread, "We'll catch them ourselves. Thanks to those who helped."
It seems as though the only way the content can be accessed right now is if you already have a modded Xbox 360 to begin with. So while it doesn't seem right that DLC that will go for $20 is already included on the disc, it also isn't right that these people are modding their Xbox 360's. Quite the pickle there.

Yes, we're seeing news of this. Quite ballsy for folks to be taking hacked Xbox 360s on Live where they are detectable.
In any event, we already have openned channels of communication with MS on these issues Friday night. If you can capture screens or video of this in action (as some have already) we're working on bans for boxes and accounts with MS for haxxors.
I'll leave this thread open for people to post pics/vids and the like and we'll bring them to MS (as we have the last three that were reported to us).
