Valve's latest update to the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive beta introduced a special version of Dust 2 named de_dust2_se geared towards the competitive and pro communities. This version of Dust 2 removes the dust and physics props.

Those barrels are not props? Are they stuck in the same place? Also I must agree to the fact that everything looks so much better without the fog

They are firmly cemented in place. Even in the other version of the map they don't move.
