Microsoft confirms that the next generation Xbox system will not make any physical appearance at this year's E3 event in June.
So far, the only real thing we know is that Nintendo will more than likely show off the Wii U since both Sony and Microsoft confirmed they won't be showing off new hardware this year. Perhaps this won't be as exciting an E3 as everyone had anticipated it might be.
"While we appreciate all the interest in our long-range plans for the future, we can confirm that there will be no talk of new Xbox hardware at E3 or anytime soon."
"For us, 2012 is all about Xbox 360-and it's the best year ever for Xbox 360. The console is coming off its biggest year ever-a year in which Xbox outsold all other consoles worldwide," said PR manager Ryan James
