Major League Gaming (MLG) looks to target $13 million to fund the various gaming tournaments going on throughout the year. At present, the group has already hit the $11.3 million mark, helped tremendously by Legion Enterprises that assisted with $10 million.
In 2011, MLG had a 200% increase in popularity over its previous year, with the finale match of the season pulling in 241,000 online viewers. MLG apparently does alright for itself with 750,000 matches played online each month, with tournaments streamed to 170 different countries.
