Mojang, by way of their blog, has revealed that the legal battle between their company and Bethesda is over. The lawsuit is no more and the two are the bestest of pals once more!
So there you have it. A legal battle settled before things got ugly. It's just a shame this wasn't handled inside of a videogame arena as Notch initially wanted.

To answer the big question – yes Scrolls is still going to be called Scrolls.

For us this was never about a trade mark but being able to use Scrolls as the name of our game which we can – Yey.
