The Insane(ly Awesome) Skyrim That Never Was... But May One Day Be

Kotaku got their hands on a video from D.I.C.E. 2012 where Bethesda's Todd Howard showcased one of the most amazing highlight reels you may ever see for Skyrim. The footage showcased in the below video comes from a week long event called "Game Jam" where employees are put to the task of building their own mods.

The 2011 event resulted in just a ton of spectacular content that may never see the light of day.

Look at that water! Mounted combat! GIANT CRAB BATTLES! SEASONAL FOLIAGE?!

Bethesda! Why is this stuff not available for download?!

Are you going to do the comparison screenshots of the new High Texture Pack?

Oh Jeez... I cannot believe how much is wrong with that sentence... And Bethesda are not heroes in my eyes for what they did to the Fallout Story canon, but that last one is a personal quirk...

The seasonal changes and PROPER water would be nice as addons.
