Apparently the greedy developers running Zynga felt the need to make even more money off of another developer's hard work. This time, instead of targeting Farm Town, they set their sites on the hit iOS title, Tiny Tower. Tiny Tower is a free iOS app that lets you build up a skyscraper with residents and floors that either sell goods and items or that house new residents.
The three man development studio of NimbleBit responded to the appearance of Zynga's Dream Heights with a well deserved snarky image. Here is what NimbleBit's Ian Marsh had to share on Twitter.
Not only did Zynga copy the core gameplay mechancs from Tiny Tower, they also copied the restocking of items, upgrades to elevators, elements of the UI, and more. It will be interesting to see what comes from this, if anything.
