A number of users are noticing that the cancel subscription button for Star Wars: The Old Republic has gone missing from their account page. Coincidentally, the one month anniversary of the launch of the game is coming up quite soon and thus the end of the free month subscription.
Additional threads about the issue, including how to access a workaround to get to the cancellation page are being silenced on the game's official forums.
BioWare says that they are investigating the situation and claims that it is an issue with certain browsers. Until it's fixed, the company is urging customers to make use of the phone support in order to cancel their subscriptions if they so desire.
This comes on the heels of a rather massive oversight in the 1.1 patch that let gamers farm for Valor and subsequent emergency patch that attempts to address the issue.
