A new entry in the "Design and Technology" series for Max Payne 3 came out just a few hours ago from Rockstar Games. The second behind the scenes video focuses on the ways in which Max can target enemies and includes a look at the variety of weapons in the game. Plus, the series has a great narrator.

Want in on some of the hot Payne action? It looks like you'll have to only wait until May when the game is released on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC platforms.
