Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Beta Begins November 30th

The development Twitter for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive has tweeted that the beta for the game will begin on November 30th (yes, of this year). There is, however, a catch!

The beta will be active for all current key holders starting Wed November 30th.

Yep, it's only opening on that date for those of you already in possession of a key. 'Tis a sad day indeed for fans of the series without a key just yet.

So that is for the people who went to that event thing? Can't remember, guess there's no other way to throttle the number of players, make it open and the servers might go down :P

Yes, seems to be only for those who attended some of the industry trade shows. I think the Eurogamer Expo was the main one, so... it'll be a lot of Europeans in to start.

Not sure if they gave out passes at any major event here in the States.
