As noted, there are a number of additional categories not listed here. The public cannot vote on these categories and the winners are selected by the "VGA Advistory Council." But you can still tune in on December 10th to watch the new, exclusive trailers premiering during the show. That's the only reason people watch that, right?

I voted BF3 and Skyrim on most, with minecraft in one of the options i cant remember i think best indie game?

Im really surprised BF3 isnt in the best GFX nominations as imo it outperforms all of those games. However they might be looking at it from a more console orientated graphics standpoint.My votes would go to:SkyrimBethesdaBF3/MinecraftBF3BF3UC3

GOTY: Skyrim. Studio: Either Valve or Bethesda. Best PC Game: tough one ... minecraft maybe? MP: BF3 or Gears 3. Graphics: Uncharted.

No Crysis 2 or BF3 in best graphics. Yet again populism wins over quality (yes I know Crysis 2 isn't ALL that good overall, but the daylight effects are the best I've seen). RAGE, nice textures. Not.

Yeah, BF3 should have been in the graphics area. It looks really good on the consoles as well as PC. These VGAs are tainted now :/
