Is This Modern Warfare 3's "No Russian"?

I recorded this earlier while playing through Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3's single player campaign. It should be obvious that there are spoilers in the video but is this the Modern Warfare 3 version of "No Russian"?

Modern Warfare 3 does prompt you at the start of the game if you would like to skip a level that may be sensitive to some players. This seems like it'd be a good fit for the "we need to have one controversial level per Modern Warfare game" that Infinity Ward has been doing. So yeah, if you don't want to watch it, don't click play.

And yes, you as the player control the camera direction and whether or not the camera is zoomed in or not. Riveting.

This doesnt make sense. I have lived in London, where are all the cheap BMW's filling the streets and crack whores. Not too good if they are going for realism really.

Didn't BF3 get a little bad press from the part where you shoot police officers? I remember reading some article about it. Personally, I didn't even notice that I was shooting "good guys" until after it was done.
