Did you get all of that? Turtle Rock, the studio that brought us Left 4 Dead, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, and maps for Counter-Strike: Source is presently hiring. However, they aren't hiring for any Source developers. Rather, they are seeking out experienced CryENGINE 3 developers for their upcoming FPS with THQ.
Did you get all of that? It may be less confusing once you realize that after Valve bought out Turtle Rock a few years back, they closed the studio down and hired any staff who wanted to join Valve. A short time later a few developers were given Valve's blessing to re-open the studio as an independent studio, though a majority of the former staff remained at Valve. Fast forward to the present.
The above statement was made on the official Turtle Rock website quite recently. Positions available include engine programmer, tools programmer, network programmer, AI programmer and senior gameplay programmer. A few of these positions make explicit note that the person applying must have shipped games across all current major platforms (Xbox 360, PS3, and PC) hinting that the Secret Project will be a multi-platform title.
With Homefront 2 currently being developed by Crytek UK, it still remains a huge mystery as to what is going on at Turtle Rock. However, THQ EVP Danny Bilson said, "The Turtle Rock game we'll probably talk about next year. It’s well underway. It’s fantastic. It’s one of the most incredible designs that’s ever come across my desk. Really excited about that. It has some mechanics in it and gameplay that you haven’t really played before."
Looks like we'll just have to wait and see what's going on.

TURTLE ROCK STUDIOS is looking for talented individuals to join our team as we ramp up production on Secret Project #1 for THQ – which just happens to be the most exciting, ambitious thing we’ve ever attempted...
Experience with CryENGINE would be a major bonus, but not essential.
