You can spawn directly in the jets, they will be listed as spanpoints if they are available

Have you played a BF game before? Do you realize how impossible it is to do what you said when there is always a handful of people sitting on the runways to begin with?'

I did manage to get into a jet for a bit today, not bad. Feels really weak though but I'm sure once I unlock the actual useful stuff in there it won't be so bad.

It worked fine for me, although the lemmings blew up one of the planes I spawned in.

Vreki: Are you using the "Sprint" in the tank? Hold (default) shift. All the land vehicles go faster for a while holding that down

Is that the same key for afterbuners in a plane?

Thanks, I also discovered that yesterday, due to the tip on the loading screen :)
Although it says "armored vehicles", so i am not sure if it makes a difference for the jeeps.
