Keys Going Out Between 1PM-3PM CET

The Global Battlefield Community Manager at DICE, more commonly known by his online handle of zh1nt0 Tweeted that keys for the Xbox 360 and PC versions of the game will be distributed between 1PM and 3PM CET.

Keys will be sent, around 1pm-3pm CET on PC and Xbox 360. Awaiting further messaging on PS3

Using a quick online time zone converter, 1PM CET translates to 7AM EST (4AM PST). The beta is presumably slated to begin at 8AM EST (5AM PST), which pushes the key release right up to the beta launch window and a bit beyond.

Is it too much to hope for that EA will learn how to pre-load such things for those who aren't gifted with super fast broadband. So I might get a key around 12pm.. and its going to take me atleast 6hrs to get the sodding client.. it did last time..

Got my Origin preorder key at 10:18am EST. Apparently they had some issue where people were getting access by entering false keys.

When did you buy your pre order ukhazard? I am assuming they are handing them out as to when they was ordered.

I ordered mine on the 24th lol. Still no key, it goes into our origin email right? (the email we use to log in)

Got my key a couple hours ago, still waiting to join a server though, LOL. These queues are massive. On the bright side, having the browser outside the game means I can watch some hulu while I wait

one hour download for me, I better not turn my graphics up to high, god forbid I get into a server and only max 40fps.
