Hot on the heels of the 1.8.0 update for Minecraft, released just yesterday, the 1.8.1 update is already here with a small bug fix.
In case you missed the big 1.8 news, new mobs were added, new lighting system is in place, ravines, dungeons, strongholds, a hunger system, NPC villages, and much more were added to the blocky builder. The full list of changes can be found courtesy of the Minecraft Wiki.
