Hey, Blizzard has you covered just in case you can't actually make it to this year's BlizzCon. For just $39.99 (USD) gamers all over can stream HD footage of the event's panels, concerts, contests, interviews and more.

In addition, those who buy the virtual tickets will also be granted access to the exclusive in-game WoW item that all in-person event goers. There will be over 50 hours of high quality footage available during the event and afterwards. The HD footage will be in 720p.

So yeah, you may not be able to attend in person, but for $40 you can relax at home, still get the free WoW item, probably a pet or mount, and not pay the room and board fees for traveling. That's cool, right?

Hmmmm, I like the idea and premise, but it seems so......lazy. IDK, maybe many will find this a great idea and they can still not miss out on any WoWtime.

This has been going for a few years now I think. They did previously offer exclusive in game items for WoW etc, but I dont have the bandwidth to sit there and stream it. Ill wait for videos of Diablo 3 to hit Youtube.
