Black Ops: Rezzurrection Coming August 23rd for Xbox 360

    From callofduty.com:

Rezurrection is available on Xbox 360 on August 23 and coming soon to PS3 and PC
Lift off into the latest Zombies epic with "Rezurrection," the new downloadable content pack for "Call of Duty: Black Ops," and the first to launch players into space for a new dimension of undead action!

Old school Zombie strategies get blown out of the airlock in "Moon," where armed with new perks and a space-age arsenal of weapons, our heroes must overcome undead astronauts and fluctuating gravity as they unearth conspiracies that began in 1943.

Rounding out Rezurrection are the 4 maps that spawned the Zombie phenomenon: "Nacht der Üntoten," "Verrückt," "Shi No Numa" and "Der Riese."

    The Rezurrection content pack includes:

    •The all new Moon level
•Four re-mastered levels of Zombie lore: Nacht der Untoten, Verruckt, Shi No Numa and Der Riese, the Zombie factory that started it all
•An enhanced Zombies Soundtrack including, three tracks never before available for purchase
    •A new Zombies Moon theme

For our fans that purchased the Black Ops Hardened or Prestige Editions, the entire Rezurrection content pack will be free, including Moon, the four re-mastered maps, the soundtrack and the theme, by simply re-downloading their Classic Zombies Pack.

So all the zombie maps from the past are coming together as well as these new space missions. Hopefully we will see some gravity defying stunts going on with the moon landscape.

It's amazing how people keep buying this stuff, they release map packs every month, way to milk a cow...

Another one? The sad thing is that this is really only one new map, and it will still likely cost $15. Also I noticed that this seems to have a future theme. Maybe the rest of Treyarch is working on a future shooter? Seems weird that they would create all new weapons, perks, models, etc., just for one level.

Bless VALVe for not following suit with L4D content in L4D2. I don't mind remastered maps, but I DO mind/get royally pissed off when remastered maps have a price tag on it.As for Anarchy1's comment, I only have this to say: Activision did reserve the domain for Call of Duty: Space Warfare; no idea if that was meant to be a joke or an actual future title though. I'd like to think it's the former.
