Tripwire Interactive really knows how to do it right. The pre-orders for Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad have just gone live on the Steam store. It actually comes in two flavors, seemingly as a result of the fans who actually wanted to spend more than just $39.99 on the title.
There is the regular edition of Red Orchestra 2 which can be pre-ordered for just $35.99 (USD; 10% off) if you don't own Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45. If you do own the first title, the pre-order price is just $31.99 (20% off).

The Steam Digital Deluxe Edition also makes its debut today. Again, if you don't own the first game, the DD edition is $44.99 to pre-order. If you do own the first game it is just $39.99, again at 20% off. Those who pre-purchase the DD Edition will get the following:
