Dr. Grordbort's Crash Lands in Team Fortress 2

INCOMING! An all new pack for the Soldier has been revealed as has the mystery surrounding the mysterious rockets. Either hit up the official reveal page or go directly to the awesome comic reveal for the back story on the new items.

The WETA Workshop and Valve have teamed up to bring the world mutton chops! Well, not just mutton chops, but the chops are obviously the star of the show here. I mean, c'mon... just look at them! Oh, there's also two new weapons from Dr. Grordbort's Infallible Aether Oscillators including the Righteous Bison and the Cow Mangler 5000. Both of these weapons disintegrate your enemies and the Cow Mangler comes with a custom taunt.

The "Victory Pack" comes with two new hats: Lord Cockswain's Pith Helmet and Lord Cockswain's Novelty Muttonchops and Pipe.

    The Cow Mangler 5000
    - Doesn't require ammo
    - Fires a charged shot that min-crits players and disables buildings for 4 seconds

    - No random crits
    - Deals reduced damage to buildings

    The Righteous Bison
    - Doesn't require ammo
    - Fires a projectile that can penetrate through multiple targets
    - Projectiles cannot be deflected

    - Deals reduced damage to buildings

All items in the Victory pack can be found through loot drops, crafting, or the Mann Co. Store. However, if you buy the whole pack then you will also get Dr. Grordbort's Crest, a "bronze medal made entirely of the finest bronze."

I have to say... and I haven't said this before: These weapons need to go. I don't care so much that they seem way too OP, it's the fact that their effects are just dominating my screen. It's much harder to see anything now. And I've taken a rather significant framerate hit from this all.

I no longer play TF2, but even after my billion hours of whoring it, making weapons that avoid deflection and disable buildings (spys job) just lowl I bet there is so much rage in the TF2 steam forums
